East Cobb Middle School is located in Marietta, Georgia. East Cobb serves grades 6-8. It is part of the Cobb County School District. The feeder elementary schools are Brumby, Eastvalley, Powers Ferry, Sedalia Park, and Sope Creek. Graduating East Cobb students will attend Wheeler High School (across the street).
The Science Olympiad team is one of the best in the state, including high schools. The robotics teams routinely compete and do well against high schools in the state. The principal is Tiffany Honore. The school mascot is the Junior Wildcat, taken after Wheeler. Seventh Graders have a program called Challenge day to help fight bullying.
